Dr. Mercola has come out with Krill IQ
http://krilloil.mercola.com/krill-iq.html.
I have been taking his Krill Oil (2/day) and Krill for Women (2/day) for quite some time now and really do notice if I forget for a few days in a row. The Krill is the best in my opinion and the opinion of most for your fish source omegas. It is also a highly renewable resource and Dr. Mercola’s encapsulation process prevents oxidation and thus rancidity which turn healthy omega oils into toxins. The Krill for Women adds evening primrose oil which has been shown to modulate female hormones — raise them if they are low, lower them if they are high. With adding in the Krill IQ, my plan is to take one Krill IQ, one Krill, and two Krill for Women.
Supporting brain health is a huge issue these days. I am now in my 50’s and plan to stay active and healthy to a very old age…Join me! π …Kathleen

My source for the Celtic Sea Salt I recommend and have been using exclusively at my home for over 15 years now is:
The Selina Naturally website.
I use the Celtic Grey — I believe it is now called Light Grey. It has the highest number of minerals — both primary and trace of any of the selections. It does have a slight moisture to it and so needs to be kept in an all wood or ceramic container.
I have a simple salt ‘pot’ with loose fit lid that my exchange student made for me a couple years ago that I use. I also have a small mortar w/pestle to quickly grind the Celtic Grey to a fine grind for table salting uses.

GREAT new company out there called Neogenis Labs. They are the makers of Neo40 which is a Nitric Oxide supplement.
Neo40 Daily is a breakthrough formula based on seven years of
scientific research conducted by Neogenis Chief Science Officer
Dr. Nathan Bryan, the definitive expert in the therapeutic uses of
Nitric Oxide and the leading professor of molecular medicine at the
University of Texas. Neo40 Daily helps your body naturally increase
Nitric Oxide levels, thus helping improve circulation, supporting the
cardiovascular system and improving performance in adults over the
age of 40.* In pre-clinical and initial clinical trials, Neo40 Daily has
been shown to reduce important cardiovascular risk factors, such as
inflammation, triglycerides – even C-reactive protein levels – one of
the most reliable markers for stroke and heart attacks. Neo40 Daily
helps raise levels of Nitric Oxide, which is the molecule naturally
produced in our bodies that helps maintain cardiovascular health and
improves circulation. It’s produced in the lining of your arteries and literally βtellsβ the surrounding muscles to relax,
causing dilation and increased blood flow. This is good news for practically every system in your body. Read more or order some for yourself at:

Don’t want to carry the big book of Eat Right 4 Your Type around — Get a mini pocket book with all the lists of beneficial, neutral and avoid foods specific for your type. They are available a any decent health food store, and of course online at Amazon, etc.
I am a blood type A as is my daughter. For a short while though I thought my daughter might be a blood type O. During the approximately 2 weeks it took us to get her blood typed (did not know about the home kits then) we got the Blood Type O and A booklets and she cross referenced them by highlighting and we ate only the foods appropriate to both types during that period of time. Worked out great and when we got her results back we passed her highlighted Blood Type O booklet on to a couple who were O (her) and A (him)….which is uncannily common in couples. Gives a bit more credence to the saying “opposites attract” if you read the general personality types Dr. d’Adamo relates in his big book Eat Right 4 Your Type
Eat Right 4 Your Type by Dr. Peter d’Adamo has been a great resource for me and I have recommended it to numerous clients, family and friends. People are getting GREAT result from following the eating suggestions of Dr. d’Adamo in this book which is based on eating foods that agree best with your blood type (A,B,AB or O).
Dr. d’Adamo states that this is not a ‘silver bullet’ …However, if you are ill or just feeling a bit out of sorts — try sticking to his suggestions and staying adamantly away from your ‘avoid’ foods and he (and I) believe you will find yourself feeling better quickly. My experience in eating my ‘beneficial’ and ‘neutral’ foods and completely avoiding my ‘avoid’ foods has resulted in consistent superior energy and vitality for both myself and my daughter. When we feel under the weather, we look to see where we have been ‘cheating’ and can always find the culprit.
I want to stress to anyone who wants to do this that you don’t have LOVE all the foods on your beneficial list….And I would venture to say you won’t. However if you want fish…choose from the fish on your beneficial and neutral list and stay away from the avoids. The same goes for the other categories of foods — vegetables, fruits, dairy, legumes, condiments, etc.
